Order Processing

- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (notified at checkout).
Shipping Times & Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
- Estimated delivery:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days.
- International: 10–30 business days (customs delays possible).
- Free shipping may apply on orders over $50 in eligible regions (shown at checkout).
Tracking
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.
- Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
Important Notes

- We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation or customs fees/taxes for international orders.
